• Be a member - Because we're your member-owned credit union, our federal regulators say we can only lend money to members. To be a member, simply be eligible and meet the minimum balance requirements of a deposit-type account with La Cap. For example, an open Savings Account with as little as $5.00 in it would qualify, and you could request a loan or VISA.
