Bill Pay System OutageFebruary 17, 6:30 p.m. CST to February 25, 8:00 a.m. CST
This outage is an unavoidable consequence of installing our new home banking system. You will NOT be able to schedule new payments during the outage. However, you can schedule payments in advance of the outage (before 6:30 p.m. on February 17th) to avoid complications. The new system will be available on the morning of February 25th. Please prepare in advance. If you have a bill that is due during the Bill Pay blackout and do not schedule it before February 17, 6:30 p.m., you will either have to pay the bill by sending a personal check or through the bill vendor's own website payment center.
1. Schedule any payments due during the outage before 6:30 p.m. on February 17th. Any payments you have scheduled before the outage will process as normal during the system outage. You will be unable to schedule any new payments during the outage, but those payments that you have scheduled will process as scheduled during the outage. Some electronic payments are actually made by check and take a few days to arrive. If you have any payments that are processed this way, you should also consider scheduling any payments that occur in the days immediately following the outage to ensure that those payments make it to their destination on time. The outage is from February 17th at 6:30 p.m. to February 25th at 8:00 a.m.
2. Only the most recent 6 months of your Bill Pay history will carry over to the new system. If you believe you may need any history older than 6 months, please make sure to get it from the Bill Pay system before the outage begins on February 17th. Your Bill Pay history shows only your Bill Pay transactions. These Bill Pay transactions will still be available in your account transaction history and in your statement history, but will not be separated from your other transactions.
We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause. We hope you’ll agree that our new features, including the expanded ability to receive and pay your bills all in one place, the ability to pay others using their email address, and the improved ability to schedule timely payments, will make for a much better product.
