Home Banking Login Help

The recent changes to home banking are designed to improve security and protect your account. The new one-time passcode system replaced the verification through security question process.  Once you have registered a computer using the one-time passcode you can login with just your user name and password.  If you are going through the one-time passcode each time you login then the following information might be able to help you to access your account more quickly. 

The first time you log in to home banking from a computer you have the opportunity to register that computer.  If you choose not to register the computer you will need to go through the steps to receive the one-time passcode again the next time you login.  Each time you go through the process you have the option to register the computer and avoid the one-time passcode for future logins from that computer.  Once you register a computer you will not be prompted for a one-time passcode for future logins. 

Check Your Browser Cookies

Cookies are small text files on your system, used to keep track of settings or data for a particular site. Web sites can use cookies to identify a returning user or to pass information between Web pages in a single visit. If you are prompted to use the One-Time Passcode again after having done so previously, it is possible that your browser is set to automatically clear out your cookies. You will need to change the settings on the computer you use for home banking in order to prevent this from happening.
