What is my Username and Password?
On our previous Account Access login, you used your Member Number and Pin to login. The new login simply uses different terminology. Your member number is your Username and your pin number as your Password.
I had your site bookmarked and my link no longer works.
If you are attempting to use an old bookmark to reach Account Access, you may experience difficulty. Instead, you will need to go to the home page, lacapfcu.org, and use the Online Banking Login section. You can bookmark the new home page, lacapfcu.org for future use. You may wish to delete your old bookmark to avoid confusion.
What are my challenge question answers?
If this is the first time you’ve logged in from the new site, you may have to answer your challenge questions again. If you have forgotten the answers and need to access your online Account Access, please contact us at 800-522-2748 or 225-342-5055.
