TEL-a-CAP is a FREE telephone transaction service that keeps you in touch with your accounts, day or night. With TEL-a-CAP and any touchtone phone, you can handle most of your transactions with a simple phone call.

  • Obtain your account balances
  • Transfer funds between your accounts
  • Verify deposits, checks cleared, or debits
  • Make La Cap VISA or loan payments
  • Request check withdrawals from savings to be mailed to you

When you call TEL-a-CAP, our personal touch teller (computer-generated voice) speaks to you and guides you through each transaction you'd like to make. A set of transaction codes and instructions will be mailed to you once you open an account and choose a secret PIN.

As an added security measure, you will be prompted each time you call to provide private information to verify your identity. In addition to your member number and PIN, you will be required to enter on of three items:

  1. The primary zip code on the account
  2. The birth date of the member
  3. The last four digits of the member's social security number

You will only be required to answer one question correctly. Therefore, if the zip code is entered correctly, you will not be prompted for more information.
