TEL-a-CAP is a FREE telephone transaction service that keeps you in touch with your accounts, day or night. With TEL-a-CAP and any touchtone phone, you can handle most of your transactions with a simple phone call.
When you call TEL-a-CAP, our personal touch teller (computer-generated voice) speaks to you and guides you through each transaction you'd like to make. A set of transaction codes and instructions will be mailed to you once you open an account and choose a secret Access Code.
As an added security measure, you will be prompted each time you call to provide private information to verify your identity. In addition to your member number and PIN, you will be required to enter on of three items:
