System Upgrade

La Cap recently updated its system to provide you with the best banking experience possible.

What changed after the upgrade?

  • Online Banking - when you log back into online banking, you may notice a few changes.
    • Your entire banking relationship with La Cap is now on display when you log in to online banking. This means you can see all of the accounts that you are a joint owner on when logging into home banking.
    • If you share your online banking login credentials (username and password) with a spouse or family member, they, too, can see your entire banking relationship with La Cap when they log in to online banking. If you no longer wish to share your credentials, you need to change your password. Any joint owner can create their own login in-home banking following this upgrade.
