Text Access

Don’t have an internet-enabled phone? You can still get account information via text message either by phone or email. In order to use this service, you will have to register online before you can begin receiving your text messages.

You will be prompted to enter your Online Access Username and password, then answer your security questions. Next, click "Register My Device" and enter the phone number of the device you want to receive text messages. You will be asked to specify your phone's carrier. After doing this, you will be given the choice of selecting an email address to have your account information text messages sent to instead of receiving them on your mobile phone.

After registering your devices, you can select the contents for your text message. There are three options: account balances, last 3 transactions, and both balances and last 3 transactions.

Next, you will be asked to make a 4 digit PIN number for your device. A screen will display the details you have entered about your device and ask for you to confirm or correct the information.

That's it!

Once you have registered your wireless device in this manner, you will receive a text message on the device confirming your enrollment.

Your dial-in number is 888-312-2179. When you dial this number from your registered device and enter your PIN, you will receive a text message at your chosen message destination with your chosen message contents (account balances and/or transactions). Messages can take up to 30 minutes to process depending upon your wireless service provider. This is because some providers store messages in a queue that processes only once every 30 minutes.

If your registered device is configured to suppress its called ID, you will need to precede your dial-in number with *82 by dialing *82-888-312-2179.
