Our Main Street Branch in Baton Rouge
Baton Rouge is home to four branches of La Capitol Federal Credit Union. The Capital Area is home to two universities – Louisiana State University and Southern University – and two community colleges – Baton Rouge Community College and River Parishes Community College.
La Capitol was born in the basement of the storied state capitol building in 1961 and the Main Street branch, located at 700 Main, sits only a few blocks away in historic downtown Baton Rouge. The five-story building is also the corporate office of La Cap.
It features both drive-up and walk-up ATMs. There is street parking and parking behind the building near the corner of 7th and Laurel streets and ample, marked handicap parking spots near the rear entrance.
