eStatements

La Capitol members can enroll in eStatements to receive monthly account statements electronically, rather than by mail. It's more convenient and offers a number of advantages over paper statements.

• Increased Security - eStatements are password-protected by your Online Banking login credentials. Plus, they will not get lost in the mail or delivered to the wrong address, unlike paper statements.
• Immediate - eStatements are electronically delivered as soon as they're available.
• Reduce Clutter - You'll have less mail, less paper and less clutter.
• Environmentally Friendly - Households that switch to eStatements save an average of 6 lbs. of paper each year.
• Cost Savings are Passed on to La Cap FCU Members - Lower costs mean better rates for our members!

Please note: You’ll need to enroll separately for credit card statements and other account statements if you’d like both to be paperless.
 

For Credit Card eStatements:

1. Log in to Online Banking.
2. Go to Card Services and click View my Visa.
3. Click on the card you want to view.
4. In the right-hand navigation panel, click Statements.
5. In the left-hand panel, click eStatement Enrollment and follow the prompts.

For Checking, Savings, and Other Accounts:

1. Log in to your account using Online Banking.
2. Under the menu, click eStatements.
3. Follow the on-screen prompts.
