At La Capitol, we understand you may have concerns surrounding the coronavirus or COVID-19, and we are committed to being responsive to the needs of our members and employees as the situation evolves.

We strongly encourage you to use La Capitol’s digital tools and other resources for self-service banking and 24/7 account access. You can access your accounts online or by using the La Cap Mobile app at your convenience. From there, you can make payments, view transactions, check balances, deposit checks, find ATMs and more.  If you have not already enrolled in home banking, you can do so here

We understand that some members may face financial hardship as a result of government action to prevent the spread of this virus. La Capitol Federal Credit Union is here to help.  If you are in need, please reach out to us so we can help you find a solution.

To protect the health of both members and employees:

  • A limited number of members will be allowed in the lobby at the same time.
  • Facemasks are required. (Masks available.)
  • We may take your temperature and ask virus related questions. If you are not running a fever and have not been exposed, you will be allowed in.

All of our branch drive-thru lanes are open and can process any type of transaction. You can also use our robust online banking and mobile apps to do your banking. You can even apply for loans online!

All of our ATMs are available. Check out our newly enhanced branch and ATM locator on our website by clicking here! The new locator even shows you where to find CO-OP branches and ATMs, where you can make simple transactions for no additional charge! Simply zoom into the map near your area to find the closest ones.
